The Other Alex Handy

There are an awful lot of Alex Handys. There’s the dead skater. There’s the kid who likes rap. There are even a few chicks with the name, who seem to be in high school or college, if you look through Facebook. But today, I ran into the only other Alex Handy (other than my dad) who I consider legitimate. He’s my doppleganger to the north, and I ran into him by chance today on IRC.
We’d emailed before, but never really followed up. Then, today, as I was bumping round Efnet looking for sysadmins to interview, there he was. I told someone my email address, and they said “huh, this other dood has an email address like that.”
All this Alex Handy made me want to google myself, vainly. And therein, I discovered that I’m considered to be some type of sports star to some French sports site. I can’t help but think this has something to do with my Northern doppleganger’s hockey days, but either way, it lead me to find the above picture of me, from Supernova a few years back.
I want that “God is Obsolete” sticker.’ It looks awesome.
